Michael Scott, former homicide detective of L.A. County and "CSI: Miami" advisor is being sued by his former fiancee Rebecca Accarino. She claims "he viciously framed her in a police dragnet that could have gotten her killed" as according to TMZ.
She is suing Scott and his neighbor for not less than $1 million for emotional distress and false imprisonment.
