Main-stay actor of “Grey’s Anatomy” T.R. Knight reportedly was involved in a three-car accident on Thursday. According to TMZ, he was making a left turn in Hollywood when it happened. He miraculously avoided being injured but a man and a woman involved were taken to a nearby hospital by ambulance.T.R. Knight plays Dr. George O'Malley in Grey's Anatomy.
